Job Position:Danish Localisation Tester
Reporting to: Lead QA
Start Date: TBC
Purpose of Role:
To run the language testing of our clients’ products, ensuring any bugs are found and reported, as well as a solution provided where applicable.
Core Duties include the following:
- Testing according to designated test plans
- Bug reporting in different databases
- Amending of text files
- Occasional translations
Essential Requirements:
- Passion for gaming
- Excellent all round language knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Team player
- Pro-active, tenacious and enthusiastic
- Willing to undertake further training to meet the demands of the role
Desirable:
- Knowledge of testing procedures
- Knowledge of and familiarity with all format standards
- Good general PC skills
- Must have knowledge of problem solving, analysis and decision making
- Excellent motivation of self and others
- Ability to manage the demands of numerous people and tasks
- Familiarity with the characteristics of the target market
